1-4 trucks $39.50 per truck/monthly
5-9 trucks $34.50 per truck/monthly
10+ trucks $29.50 per truck/monthly

IFTA Fuel Tax Reporting is required for any vehicle traveling interstate with GVW/GVWR over 26,000 lbs. With copies of your trip sheets and fuel receipts, Evilsizor Transportation Services LLC will compile and complete your quarterly fuel taxes and weight distance tax reports.

Four states participate in weight distance tax reports....Kentucky (60,000 GVW), New Mexico, New York (18,000 GVW) and Oregon.

When are IFTA Reports Due?
TAX RETURN REPORTING QUARTERS - DUE DATES:

January thru March 31 - Due by April 30
April thru June - Due by July 31
July thru September - Due by October 31
October thru December - Due by January 31

Fuel Tax Tips

The IFTA agreement states that you will pay the taxes the state charges at the pump on any mileage run in that state even if you did not purchase fuel there. That doesn't mean you must purchase fuel in each state you just need to purchase wisely.

Buying fuel in a "cheaper" state, like GA, OK or WY does not mean that you are saving money. If the fuel tax rate is cheaper then it takes more gallons to make up the difference in a more expensive state. This is called Fuel Tax Equalization. Evilsizor Transportation Services will guide you in deciding which states would be in your best interest to purchase fuel. You can buy the cheapest fuel along the way but you will be paying more at the end of the quarter on your IFTA report. It is important that you retain all of your fuel receipts, so that you can prove when, where and how much fuel you purchased during any given tax period.
